MEET JIMMY
Hi, I’m Jimmy, I lead Smart Reno Hub as a Chartered Civil Engineer and PMP-certified Construction Manager. I’ve delivered over 100 projects worth more than $150 million, working across large-scale residential builds and complex commercial developments with some of Australia’s biggest construction companies.
My entire career has been spent managing trades, controlling budgets, navigating tight timelines, and solving real construction problems on the ground. Everything inside Smart Reno Hub comes directly from that experience, not theory, not hype. These are the exact systems I’ve refined over years of real project delivery.
What I’m most passionate about is simplifying construction for everyday investors. Renovation doesn’t need to be confusing or stressful. When you understand the right frameworks, you can plan, manage, and complete renovations with the same clarity and confidence as an industry professional.

Co-founder
Hi, I’m Adel, a property investor, strategist, and advisor with a double Master’s degree (MBA + MSc). Before becoming a full-time property investor and mentor, I spent years working in equities, derivatives and strategy consulting. I’ve delivered renovation and development projects, mentored hundreds of investors, and work alongside Australia’s No.1 property data education company.
I didn’t come from a construction background. I learned the hard way, dealing with overquoted trades, unexpected repairs, confusing scopes, and mistakes that cost more than they should have. Those experiences pushed me to understand property at a deeper level: the numbers, the strategy, and how renovation fits into long-term wealth building.
Today, I turn that experience into simple, practical systems that help investors reduce risk and make confident, profitable decisions.
